Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Linn County Republican Central Committee ("LCRCC," "we," "us") collects through lcrccmissouri.org, why we collect it, and how it's used. We don't sell or rent visitor information to anyone, for any reason.
Email List Signup
When you sign up for our Announcements or Newsletter list, we collect your name and email address and store them with Brevo, our email service provider, to send you the emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from either list independently at any time using the link in any email we send, and Brevo's own privacy practices govern how it handles that data on our behalf.
Contact Form
Messages sent through our Contact Us form (your name, email, subject, and message) are delivered directly to the committee by email. We use this information only to respond to you and don't publish or share it.
Donations
When you donate, we collect your name, email, mailing address, and (where applicable) employer/occupation. This is required under Missouri campaign finance law (RSMo Chapter 130) for contributions once a donor's total exceeds $100, and is recorded in the committee's official contribution records as required by the Missouri Ethics Commission. Card payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card details ourselves.
Facebook Page Widget
Our homepage embeds our official Facebook Page using Facebook's own widget. Loading it brings in code from Facebook (Meta), which is governed by Facebook's own privacy policy and may set its own cookies, independent of this site.
Basic Site Analytics
We use Cloudflare's built-in analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns (like how many people visit the site). This doesn't identify individual visitors.
